Amandad

Amandad is the Amanda daemon. It is invoked via inetd, or directly if using e.g., ssh authentication, and serves as a gateway to the other Amanda processes:

• sendsize
• sendbackup
• selfcheck
• amindexd
• amidxtaped

Amandad does not have a manual page.
