ZRM for MySQL suite has been written in Perl with the aim of making it run on as many as possible distributions of Linux and Unix.

ZRM has been tested on Redhat, Suse Linux,Debian,Ubuntu, Gentoo linux distributions and OpenSolaris/Solaris 10 on Intel and Sparc architectures. Backups of MySQL servers running on on Linux, Solaris, MacOS X and Windows platforms can be performed.
