Badly formatted response from (Zmanda Windows Client)

Problem

Dumps of windows clients using the ZWC fail with something like

winbox "C:\\FOO"                    lev 0  FAILED "[badly formatted response from winbox]"

Solution

Amanda has had a rocky relationship with backslashes. Try using forward-slashes in your DLE - change

winbox "C:\\FOO"   zwc-compress

to

winbox "C:/FOO"   zwc-compress
