Category talk:Language templates

Hi, could you explain the point of that language template ? I wonder how to use it with the newly translated /Fr pages. I add { { Languages } } at the end of each of the pages, as said in the global wiki translation procedure, but I see no english page proposing a link to something else than the Chinese pages.
