A meta volume is a container for many volumes. A meta label is the label of a meta volume.
A meta volume can be use if many volume are always loaded/unloaded at the same time.
eg. A removable hard disk with chg-disk.
chg-disk is the only changer that handle meta volume, 'meta-autolabel' can only be use with chg-disk.
